We’re looking for a Customer Success / Support Intern to join our team in Kathmandu. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how great customer experience is delivered at a growing tech company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Data Setup: Assist in organizing and uploading customer data into the system as part of the onboarding process.
Support Onboarding Activities: Work with the Customer Success team to help set up customer accounts, checklists, templates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Admin & Support Tasks: Help the support team with administrative activities like logging issues, updating FAQs, and maintaining documentation.
System Updates: Adopt B2B communication softwares and ensure everything is updated.
Excel/Sheets Work: Use Excel formulas and Google Sheets to clean, prepare, and manage customer data.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CS and Product teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate support.
Learning & Development: Build familiarity with SaaS tools, customer processes, and industry knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Proficiency with Excel formulas and Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn new software tools and systems.
Organised, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks.
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative mindset.
